- Rates are based on the capacity for each unit. If you have more than the capacity, $25.00/night will be added to your total.
- Deposits are required to hold reservations.
- We request that a 30 day notice of cancellation be given on all reservations.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to reservations, you will be billed for the full stay unless we can rebook.
